We bring this exceptional lot to a medium-dark roast level to highlight its naturally heavy body and low acidity. The cup features a deep, velvety texture, revealing rich tasting notes of dark baker's cocoa, sweet molasses, and a subtle, pleasant hint of toasted walnut on the finish.
