Refund policy

Refunds
If a product arrives damaged, please take a few pictures of the damaged item. Do not return the damaged item. Throw it away. Then contact us at CustomerSupport@ItsBrewOclock.com and provide photos of the damaged product.

We can either send you a replacement or you can be refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
