At itsbrewoclock.com, our mission is to deliver the freshest, most flavorful coffee possible. To achieve this, we do not roast based on warehouse inventory; instead, we roast-to-order. This ensures your coffee is at its peak quality when it arrives at your door.


1. Roasting and Fulfillment Process

Our roasting and fulfillment process is built entirely around maximizing freshness, responsiveness, and quality.

  • Small-Batch Roasting: Your coffee is roasted in frequent, small batches by our expert roasting partners. This approach guarantees that the coffee you receive is never sitting around in a warehouse waiting to be sold.
  • Roast-to-Order: Your order often goes from the roaster to the shipping box on the same day. This minimizes storage time and delivers coffee that is full of flavor and character.

2. Processing Time (Before Shipment)

Due to our commitment to shipping only freshly roasted coffee, every order requires a brief processing window before it is ready to ship.

  • Timeline: Please allow 1–to-5 business days for our roasters to prepare and roast your coffee order before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.
  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays.
  • Grounded Coffees: May require an additional one (1)-day to off-gas, prior to shipment.

3. Shipping and Delivery Time

Once your order has been freshly roasted and packed, it will be shipped via ground service.

  • Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) ground shipping.
  • Delivery Timeline: Once shipped, delivery can take an additional 1–5 business days, depending on the destination's location.

Total Estimated Timeframe: The total time from order placement to delivery is typically 2–10 business days (1–5 days for roasting/processing + 1–5 days for shipping).

4. Order Tracking

Transparency is important to us. We ensure you can follow your fresh coffee from our roaster to your mailbox.

  • Tracking Information: All orders come with tracking information.
  • Automatic Notifications: Once your order’s tracking information is generated and updated in our system, you will automatically receive a shipping notification via email or Text with the tracking link.
