Brought to a meticulous medium roast level, this single-origin coffee yields a wonderfully smooth, medium body with a bright, gentle acidity. The cup opens up with comforting and sweet tasting notes of rich milk chocolate, sweet caramel, and a crisp, clean hint of red apple flavor on the finish.
