Naturally washed and sun-dried, we bring this lot to a precise medium roast level. The cup features a uniquely smooth, heavy body with a wonderfully crisp, clean acidity, displaying complex tasting notes of wild honey, sweet tropical fruit, and a distinct, clean cedar and dark chocolate finish.
