We roast this exceptional lot to a medium-light level to highlight its famously intense, complex, and wine-like acidity. Boasting a clean, juicy body, the cup reveals stunning, bold tasting notes of tart black currant, ripe grapefruit, and a sweet, lingering brown sugar finish.
