Our master roasters bring this lot to a beautiful medium roast, unlocking a wonderfully rounded body and an elegant, well-balanced acidity. The flavor profile is deeply satisfying, showcasing sophisticated tasting notes of rich dark cocoa, warm baking spices, and a clean, sweet finish reminiscent of crisp red apple.
