Sourced from heavy-bodied, specialty-grade global estates, these beans are pushed to the absolute limits of our roasting drum. This intentional ultra-dark roast coaxes natural oils to the surface of the bean, burning away bright acidity and replacing it with a heavy, pungent, and smoky character. 

The cup is intensely full-bodied, yielding a dark, bittersweet chocolate depth, a heavy charcoal smokiness, and a clean, sharp finish that cuts through milk and cream perfectly.
